What is the relationship between what we see and the objective reality, or is there anything like an objective reality? What happens when we situate this tension within the evolution of time, i.e. what do we remember when we revisit the familiar places of our youth for example? How do we react vis a vis the lapse and often devastating, sometimes healing influence of time, how do we react to the difference between the mental image and the reality, consumed, even literally, by time? And in what way and to what extent can we sublimate this reality? By repeating, accentuating, by rhythm and minimal shifts, a totally new reality results, transcending both what was and what is, including old convictions and associations.
